Shipping policy

The Cut-off time for orders to be shipped the same day is 2:00 PM Eastern Time. We do have items that are shipped factory direct, in these cases, please note in the product description the number fo days for items to ship. On items shipped from an off site location, the product description will give an estimate on the timing for manufacturers to ship these items to our customers Factory Direct. 

We will email Fed Ex, UPS, and USPS tracking numbers for our orders just as soon as they have shipped.
